이용약관

1. 적용 범위
본 약관은 BeTom IDC Japan에서 주문한 서비스에 적용됩니다. 승인된 견적서, 주문서 및 서비스별 계약은 계약의 일부이며, 문서가 충돌하는 경우 서명된 주문서가 우선합니다.
2. 주문 및 요금
웹사이트에 표시된 가격에는 부가세가 포함됩니다. 가상 머신의 최종 가격은 선택한 리소스와 옵션에 따라 달라지며, 결제 전 주문 화면에 표시됩니다. 온라인으로 결제하는 표준 서버 상품은 각 주문마다 1개월 이용료를 결제하는 건별 결제이며, 자동 갱신이나 카드 정보의 재사용은 없습니다. 다음 달 이후에도 계속 이용하시려면 이용 기간 만료 전에 새로 주문·결제해 주셔야 합니다. 개별 견적에 의한 네트워크 구축·유지보수 계약은 별도로 발행되는 계약서 및 청구서에 기재된 지급 조건에 따릅니다.
3. 고객 책임
고객은 정확한 정보를 제공하고, 인증 정보를 안전하게 관리하며, 적법한 소프트웨어 라이선스를 유지하고, 허용 사용 정책에 따라 서비스를 이용해야 합니다. 매니지드 백업 서비스를 명시적으로 주문한 경우를 제외하고, 고객은 자신의 애플리케이션, 데이터 및 백업에 대한 책임을 집니다.
4. 중단 및 해지
미납, 보안상의 긴급 상황, 위법 행위, 중대한 정책 위반 또는 다른 고객에 대한 위협을 이유로 서비스가 제한되거나 중단될 수 있습니다. 실무상 가능한 경우 사전 통지와 시정 기회가 제공됩니다. 해지 및 환불에 관한 규정은 해당 주문서에 따릅니다.
5. 서비스 변경 및 책임
유지보수, 긴급 작업, 상위 공급자 측 사유, 그리고 합리적인 통제를 벗어난 사정으로 서비스에 영향이 발생할 수 있습니다. 서비스 크레딧 또는 책임의 한도는 서명된 서비스 계약서에 정합니다. 웹사이트의 설명은 독립적인 보증을 구성하지 않습니다.

Terms of Service

1. Scope
These terms apply to services ordered from BeTom IDC Japan. The accepted quotation, order form, and any service-specific agreement form part of the contract. If documents conflict, the signed order form controls.
2. Orders and fees
Website prices include tax. A virtual machine's final price varies with the selected resources and options and is shown on the order screen before payment. Standard server products paid for online are charged per order for a one-month term, with no automatic renewal and no reuse of stored card details. To continue into the following month, place and pay for a new order before the current term expires. Network deployment and maintenance contracts arranged by individual quotation follow the payment terms stated in the separately issued contract and invoice.
3. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information, secure credentials, maintain lawful software licenses, and use services in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy. Customers remain responsible for their applications, data, and backups unless a managed backup service is expressly ordered.
4. Suspension and termination
Services may be restricted or suspended for nonpayment, security emergencies, unlawful activity, material policy violations, or threats to other customers. When practical, notice and an opportunity to remedy will be provided. Termination and refund rules follow the applicable order form.
5. Service changes and liability
Maintenance, emergency work, upstream-provider events, and circumstances outside reasonable control may affect service. Any service credits or liability limits are defined in the signed service agreement. Website descriptions are not independent guarantees.

1. 範囲
本規約は、BeTom IDC Japanに発注されたサービスに適用されます。承諾された見積書、注文書、および個別のサービス契約は本契約の一部を構成します。書類間に矛盾がある場合は、署名済みの注文書が優先します。
2. 注文および料金
ウェブサイトに表示される価格には税金が含まれています。仮想マシンの最終価格は、選択したリソースおよびオプションに応じて変動し、決済前に申込画面に表示されます。オンラインで決済する標準サーバー商品は、ご注文ごとに1か月分をお支払いいただく都度決済であり、自動更新やカード情報の再利用は行いません。翌月以降も継続してご利用される場合は、利用期間の満了前に改めてお申し込み・お支払いください。個別見積りによるネットワーク構築・保守契約は、別途発行する契約書および請求書に記載された支払条件に従います。
3. 顧客の責任
顧客は、正確な情報を提供し、認証情報を安全に管理し、適法なソフトウェアライセンスを維持し、許容使用ポリシーに従ってサービスを利用しなければなりません。マネージドバックアップサービスを明示的に注文した場合を除き、顧客は自らのアプリケーション、データおよびバックアップについて責任を負います。
4. 停止および解約
サービスは、未払い、セキュリティ上の緊急事態、違法行為、重大な規約違反、または他の顧客への脅威を理由に、制限または停止されることがあります。実務上可能な場合には、事前通知および是正の機会が提供されます。解約および返金に関する規定は、該当する注文書に従います。
5. サービスの変更および責任
メンテナンス、緊急作業、上位プロバイダーの事象、および合理的な支配が及ばない事情により、サービスに影響が生じることがあります。サービスクレジットまたは責任制限は、署名済みのサービス契約書において定められます。ウェブサイト上の説明は、独立した保証を構成するものではありません。
