상품 대금 외에 필요한 요금	표시 가격은 한국 원화(KRW)이며 세금을 포함합니다. 신청 화면 또는 승인된 견적서에 표시된 총액 외의 비용은 원칙적으로 청구하지 않습니다. 초기 설정 비용이 발생하는 경우 결제 전에 금액을 명시합니다. 카드사 소정의 해외 사무 수수료 또는 환율 차이는 고객님의 부담입니다.
서비스 제공 시기	결제 확인 후 원칙적으로 당일 내에 서버 계정을 발급하고 접속 정보를 등록하신 이메일 주소로 통지합니다. 네트워크 운용·유지보수 서비스는 개별 계약서에 정한 역무 개시일부터 제공을 시작합니다.
결제 시기	온라인 결제 대상은 당사가 직접 제공하는 1개월분의 서버 이용료만입니다. 복수월분의 일괄 선불, 자동 갱신 및 계속 과금은 하지 않습니다. 신용카드는 신청 시 결제되며, 편의점 결제·은행 이체는 신청 후 7일 이내에 결제해 주셔야 합니다. 기한까지 입금이 확인되지 않을 경우 신청은 무효가 됩니다. 다음 달 이후에도 계속 이용하시는 경우에는 이용 기간 만료 전에 다시 신청·결제해 주십시오. 개별 견적에 의한 네트워크 구축·유지보수 계약은 별도로 발행되는 계약서 및 청구서에 기재된 지급 조건에 따릅니다.
반품·취소 정책	역무 제공의 성질상, 서비스 제공 개시 후 고객님의 사정에 의한 반품·환불 및 미경과 기간분의 환불은 받지 않습니다. 건별 결제이므로 결제하신 기간의 만료로써 자동으로 종료되며, 해지 절차는 필요하지 않습니다. 계속을 원하지 않으시는 경우 다음 신청을 하지 않으심으로써 종료됩니다. 당사의 책임에 귀속되는 사유로 서비스를 제공하지 못한 경우에는 해당 불통 기간분을 일할로 환불해 드립니다. 환불 상담은 문의 창구로 연락해 주십시오.

Products and services	We directly provide VPS (virtual servers), dedicated servers, managed hosting, and network infrastructure deployment, monitoring, maintenance and operational services. Storage and backup features are ancillary to the relevant server service. We do not offer consumer-facing online storage, file-sharing services or cyberlocker services as standalone products. We do not sell physical goods.
Price range	Standard plan fees are shown on each product page. Where resources or options are selected, the final amount is shown on the application screen before payment. For individually quoted services, the quotation states the scope of work, the service period, the setup fee, the monthly fee, tax and the total payable amount, and the fee is confirmed once the customer approves it.
Charges besides the price	Prices are shown in Korean won (KRW) and include tax. Beyond the total shown on the application screen or an approved quotation, no further charges are, as a rule, billed. Where a setup fee applies, the amount is stated before payment. Any overseas handling fee charged by your card issuer, or any difference arising from the exchange rate, is borne by the customer.
Delivery / provision of service	After payment is confirmed, the server account is issued as a rule on the same day and the connection details are sent to the registered email address. Network operation and maintenance services begin on the service commencement date set out in the individual contract.
Payment timing	Online payment is limited to one month's fee for a server we provide directly. We do not offer multi-month prepayment in a single transaction, automatic renewal or recurring billing. Credit card payments are charged on application; convenience store and bank transfer payments are due within 7 days of application. If payment is not confirmed by the deadline, the application is void. To continue into the following month, please place and pay for a new application before the current period expires. Network deployment and maintenance contracts arranged by individual quotation follow the payment terms stated in the separately issued contract and invoice.
Returns and cancellation	Given the nature of a service, we do not accept returns or refunds at the customer's convenience after provision has begun, nor refunds for any unexpired portion. Because each order is charged individually, service ends automatically at the end of the period paid for and no cancellation procedure is required. If you do not wish to continue, simply do not place the next order. If we are unable to provide the service for reasons attributable to us, we will refund the affected period on a pro-rata daily basis. For refund enquiries, please contact the support desk.
Other	This service is charged per order with one month paid in advance as a rule. There is no automatic renewal or automatic billing, and card details are not stored for reuse on later charges. To continue into the following month, please place and pay for a new order before the current period expires; we will send a reminder by email as expiry approaches. 支払時期	オンライン決済の対象は、当社が直接提供する 1か月分のサーバー利用料金のみです。複数月分の一括前払い、自動更新および継続課金は行いません。クレジットカードはお申し込み時に決済し、コンビニ決済・銀行振込はお申し込み後7日以内にお支払いいただきます。期限までに入金が確認できない場合、お申し込みは無効となります。翌月以降も利用を継続する場合は、利用期間満了前に改めてお申し込み・決済を行ってください。個別見積りによるネットワーク構築・保守契約は、別途発行する契約書および請求書に記載された支払条件に従います。
返品・キャンセルポリシー	役務提供の性質上、サービス提供開始後のお客様都合による返品・返金および未経過期間分の返金は承っておりません。都度決済のため、お支払いいただいた期間の満了をもって自動的に終了し、解約のお手続きは不要です。継続をご希望されない場合は、次回のお申し込みをされないことで終了となります。当社の責に帰すべき事由によりサービスを提供できなかった場合は、当該不通期間分を日割りで返金いたします。返金のご相談は、お問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。
